Kearny, NJ – For the first time in more than 25 years, members of the Kearny Police Department assembled on the steps of Town Hall for an official department photograph. The occasion brought together officers from across generations of service, reflecting the department’s enduring commitment to the Kearny community.
During the gathering, Chief Macfie shared the department’s previous official photo with officers, highlighting the history, tradition, and legacy carried forward by those who serve today.
The department extends its appreciation to Father Joseph Mancini, Chaplain of the Kearny Police Department and Pastor of St. Stephen’s Church, as well as the Kearny Fire Department for providing the aerial assistance that helped make the photographs possible.
