On April 16th at Kearny Town Hall, we celebrated the promotions of our officers and welcomed a new Chief of Police.

Huge thanks to Mayor Carol Jean Doyle, the Police Committee, and the Town Council for their continued support.

Congratulations to Chief Scott Macfie, Deputy Chief Paul Bershefski, Captain Glenn Reed, Lieutenants Jason Ward and David Rakowski, and Sergeants Mathew Lopez, Harold Azurdia, and John Fabula.

All officers will start their new positions effective May 1st.
